5th grade Teamwork

Happy Thursday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we worked on reading schedules and finding elapsed time. Problem set 108 due on Friday.

Science: Today we took a test over chapter 13. We also completed vocab on page 475 due tomorrow.

Social Studies: Today we took a quiz over LEAD. We also had an assignment from chapter 9 page 322 lesson 4.

In Mrs. D's class we watched and discussed the video Ruby Bridges. We are tying this into a few books that we have read. We turned in our spelling books and we will have a test on Friday. We also went the library and we also picked out our last RIF book.

In Mr. H's class we graded our spelling workbook pages. We read chapters 11-12- 13 in Guns for Washington. We chose our book for the RIF program. We also completed our soldier letters.

In Mr. P's class we read chapters 14 and 15 in Brain's Winter and discussed and completed some writing to learn activities. We continued working on our letters to the soldiers. We also completed spelling pictures and workbook pages. Crossword puzzles are also due tomorrow. We also went to the library for our last RIF book choice.
