5th grade Teamwork

Happy Thursday!

Here is what we did today:

Today we took our Benchmark test over our language arts skills for this grading period. We also returned our library books. We all went to they gymnasium and watched the talent show rehearsal as well. Spelling test over unit 34 is tomorrow.

In Mrs. D's class we read up to page 102 in Early Sunday Morning. We went to the computer lab and worked on our PhD reports. Some kids have chosen to make a Power Point presentation to go along with their reports and they are loving it!

In Mr. H we discussed the Constitution and we concluded the story Night of the Twisters. We began reading Sarah Plain and Tall. We also completed a writing activity in class.

In Mr. P's class we wrote twelve spelling sentences due tomorrow. We re-read Dear Mr. Henshaw with a partner to get ready for our test on Friday. We also studied for our vocab test tomorrow. We also did a word search and a crosswords over Dear Mr. Henshaw. We also caught up with the other classes in Health.
