5th grade Teamwork

Happy Monday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we worked on multiplying decimal numbers. Problem set 110 was assigned and is due on Tuesday.

Science: We viewed an interesting program on momentum and gravity.

Social Studies: We viewed a video on George Washington.

*We had a class meeting with Mrs. Burroughs discussing the end of the year behavior and dress. We also discussed what we expect on our field trip on Friday.

In Mrs. D's class we took a spelling pretest on unit 33. We also worked on our PhD reports and we visited the library. We also shared our topics and tried to help each other find resources.

In Mr. P's class we read chapter 17 in Brian's Winter and we began writing our test and vocab questions for the book. Workbook pages 200-205 were assigned in spelling due on Friday. We worked on 5 times each due tomorrow. We also took a spelling pretest.

In Mr. H's class we looked at our unit 33 spelling words. We read in Guns for Washington chapters 17-18. We had an in class writing activity.
