5th grade Teamwork

Happy Wednesday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we discussed square roots. Problem set 89 was assigned and is due on Thursday.

Science: Today we finished our discussion of cycles in the ecosystem. We were assigned a review that is due tomorrow. Possible test on Friday.

Social Studies: Today we reviewed lessons 1-2 and 3 dealing with the French and Indian war and the events that led up to the Revolutionary War.

In Mrs. D's class we finished our crossword puzzles/word finds. We finished The Fear Place and completed some comprehension questions. We also worked on irregular verbs and had an activity to completed dealing with that. Spelling books are due tomorrow!

In Mr. H's class we read chapters 6 and 7 in Running Out of Time. We continued to try and finish our writing final drafts. We discussed oral presentations.

In Mr. P's class we took a test over Black Cowboy Wild Horses. We completed spelling pictures and took a spelling pretest. We also continued our work with quotation marks and completed anther activity.
