5th grade Teamwork

Happy Monday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we discussed multiplying fractions and whole numbers. Problem set 86 was assigned and is due on Tuesday.

Science: We reviewed our quizzes from last week and we began talking about cycles.

Social Studies: We read lesson two on page 273-277 in new book and read pages 268-271 in the old book in class and discussed.

In Mrs. D's class we took our spelling pretest. Workbook pages are due on Thursday. We went to the computer lab and the library and we tried to get our poetry books completed and finished!

In Mr. H's class we read Running Out of Time chapters 3 and 4. We copied spelling words three times each and did pages 158 pretest tomorrow. We reviewed page 328 A,B,C,and D. We also wrote our final draft of our writing from last week.

In Mr. P's class we discussed our questions for Black Cowboy, Wild Horses. Test on Wednesday. We copied our spelling words five times each, took a pretest and worked on our workbook pages due on Friday. We began working with quotation marks and we went to the library.
