Happy Tuesday!
Here is what we did today:
*Due to the nine weeks writing prompt and explorations we did not switch classes today.
Math: We will have a test tomorrow!
In Mrs. D's class we worked on our spelling workbook pages and we created crossword puzzles using twenty of our fifty words. We continued to work on our poetry today. We discussed similies, metaphors, Concrete poems and List Poems. They are doing a great job working on these peoms. I can't wait to read them and look at their books. We also had a visit from Mrs. K.dealing with honesty and we completed our writing prompts.
In Mr. H's class we concluded Snow Treasure and we will have a quiz tomorrow. We continued working on our spelling books and we took a pretest. In English we completed page 280 dealing with adjectives. We completed our writing prompt as well. We also had a visit from Mrs. K dealing with honesty
In Mr. P's class we discussed five different types of propaganda. We took a main versus subordinate clause quiz. The students worked on twenty sentences for spelling due tomorrow. We completed our writing prompt. We also went to library and the computer lab.
