Happy Monday!
Here is what we did today:
Math: Today we made Gallon Guys to help us remember how many quarts in a gallon, pints in a quart, cups in a pint. They turned out great!
Science: We discussed competition and symbiosis.
Social Studies: Today we looked at our state projects and discussed what we learned.
*This is our week of Explorations- Ask your child what they did today during that time!
In Mrs. D's class we worked on our spelling workbook unit 24. We worked on Poetry and we discussed Bio-Pyramid Poems and Terse Verse. The students are having a great time writing and reading new poems.
In Mr. H's class we worked on spelling workbook unit 24. We continued to read Snow Treasure chapters 27-28. We also worked on a paragraph correcting sheet.
In Mr. P's class we worked on spelling workbook unit 24 (176-178). We also wrote our words three times each. We also did a writing activity on Spring and we also reviewed main and subordinate clauses for our quiz tomorrow. We also listened to Pioneer Girl and completed a comprehension crossword.
