5th grade Teamwork

Happy Wednesday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we worked on more on double digit multiplication. Problem set 51 is due tomorrow.

Science: We watched a short oil problem video and handed out a review sheet for the test on Friday. These are the questions that will be on the test. We will go over this paper tomorrow. Position papers are also due on Friday.

Social Studies: Today we had a workday for our Explorer report. The students had to show that they had at least two sources.

In Mrs. D's class we worked on sorting our spelling words and our workbook pages are due on Thursday. We completed our vocabulary for Eye of the Storm. We also read the first part of the story Eye of the Storm.

In Mr. H's class we continued to read in the City of Ember chapters 11 and 12. We took a pretest in spelling and for English we had a paragraph correction sheet. We also went to the computer lab.

In Mr. P's class we read Eye of the Storm in groups and continued working on the SQ4R sheet. We will have a vocab test on Friday. We continued working with I versus me and had a homework sheet to complete. We also took a spelling pretest and did spelling pictures that are due tomorrow.
