Happy Monday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: We continued to multiply by three digit numbers. We had problem set 56 to do for Tuesday.

Science: We completed a review sheet to get ready for our test on Wednesday.

Social Studies: We continued to discuss Explorers. Report due on Wednesday!

In Mrs. D's class we went to the library and the computer lab. We worked on alliteration with Thanksgiving words. We also began a new story The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.

In Mr. P' class we worked on Unit 13 and wrote our words 5 times each this is a preview for next week. We spent some time silent reading and we worked on Mystery Pictures.

In Mr. H's class we read chapters 1, 2 and 3 in Shiloh Season. We created our own Thanksgiving spelling list. We did a fun graphing activity! Writing was connected to our spelling this week.

Have a great evening!

Comments:
Dear Mrs. Dennie, Mr. Premetz, and Mr. Hunter:

We have to take Kate out of school on Wednesday because of her father's Thanksgiving schedule--we're celebrating the holiday in Indy on Wednesday and coming back Thursday.

Mr. Premetz: is it possible that Kate can take her test on Tuesday? She could stay after school or come in earlier as needed.

Mr. Hunter: Can Kate turn in her report early on Tuesday, or late on Monday? She is almost done and could complete it during recess on Tuesday. She'll be trying to finish up tonight, though it's on the computer at school.

I'm sorry she has to miss the party! I know it will be fun.

I will be home tomorrow. You can reach me at 935-4047, or my cell at 220-3667. My work email is marianne-peters@comcast.net--I'll be working in my office so I'm more likely to check that account.
