5th grade Teamwork

Happy Wednesday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we discussed fractions and comparing. Problem set 29 was assigned and is due on Thursday.

Science: Today we previewed chapter 9 by doing the vocabulary on page 259 and by drawing four vocab pictures. What ever they did not finish is homework. Do not forget the weather sheets that are due on Monday

Social Studies: Today we discussed the Plain Indian's on page 81-85.

**Today we took our benchmark test for language arts for this grading period.

In Mrs. D's class we read chapter 13 in The People of Sparks. Our spelling books are due tomorrow. We finished working on our class rules.

In Mr. H's class since we concluded the Mixed Up Files and today we finished the video. We are now working on our comparison paper on the two. We also had a paragraph correction sheet. Spelling books are due tomorrow.

In Mr. P's class we took a quiz over Running Out of Time chapters 11-15 and we also read chapter 17 today. We also had a paragraph correction sheet. We also took a spelling pretest.
