5th grade Teamwork

Happy Tuesday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: We practiced dividing with zeroes in the quotient. Problem set 34 was assigned and is due on Wednesday.

Science: We discussed lesson 2 and 3 and did a review. We will have a test next Tuesday. Students should study their notes.

Social Studies: We reviewed lesson 1 and 2 from chapter 2 to get ready for a quiz tomorrow!

In Mrs. D's class we read chapters 7 and 8 in The People of Sparks and answered some questions. We also discussed subject verb agreement a little more no assignment yet. Spelling workbook pages were assigned and are due on Thursday.

In Mr. H's class we read pages 94-101 in The Mixed Up Files. We also did subject verb agreement in English. We had an assignment to do on this topic. We also had a fun writing activity. We also had a spelling pretest and workbook pages were assigned.

In Mr. P's class we worked on our spelling books and we will have our second pretest tomorrow. We went to the computer lab to publish our how to paragraphs. We also had a quiz over chapters 6-10 in Running Out of Time.

*We again had explorations so our day was cut a little short.
