Happy Thursday!
Here is what we did today:
Math: Today we discussed multiples of 10 and 100. Problem set 29 was assigned and is due on Friday. Mrs. D was home with a sick child so we hope all went well in her classes today.
Science: Today we finished lesson two discussing water treatment. We also had a lesson one and two review sheet to complete.
Social Studies: Today we continued our discussion on American Patriotisim. We each wrote an essay on what we believe the president does all day. We will be having a test on Monday over Chapter one!
In Mrs. D's class spelling workbooks were due and turned in. Our final test will be tomorrow. We continued to discuss using quotations correctly and we finished the Michelle Kwan story and had some workbook pages to complete.
In Mr. H's class we read Eye of the Storm pages 58-67 in our text books. We looked at sentence structure in English and we have a worksheet to complete. We will take our final spelling test tomorrow as well.
In Mr. P's class we discussed main ideas and we have a sheet to complete on that topic. We also discussed how to build a timeline. We journaled about what we want to do as a dream job. We also discussed simple and complete predicates. Spelling final test on Friday. We will also have vocab, helping verb and reading test tomorrow.
