5th grade Teamwork

Happy Monday!

Here is what we did today:

Math: Today we discussed long division and did some practice on dry erase boards. BOB 26 on page 641 was assigned and is due on Tuesday.

Science: Today we discussed our tests from Friday. We also took a pretest in science to see what we already know!

Social Studies: Today we had discussion on 9/11. We worked on the why questions and had a very interesting discussion.

In Mrs. D's class we took our spelling pretest and we discussed commas. We also took a test over The City of Ember and the vocabulary.

In Mr. P's class we worked on helping verbs and had a worksheet on these. We had a spelling pretest over unit 4 and the book was assigned and is due on Friday. We will have our second test on Wednesday. We also had vocabulary for the story on Mae Jemison. The vocabulary test will be on Friday.

In Mr. H's class we read page 28-33 Earthquake Terror. We had a paragraph correction sheet and our spelling pretest will be on Tuesday. We also had a writing activity on 9/11.
